Fees
Our Listing/Engagement fee is $100 or equivalent in SLE which is valid for one year of Marketing and covers:
- Initial site visit and evaluation
- Paid Advertising
- Professional photographs
- Operational Costs (fuel, internet, travel, telephone, photoshoot)- Website listing
Commission on Rental/Sales
Letting Only Service:
10% of initial transaction
Sales
5% of sales price

- Once these details are received we will send you our agreement and invoice.
- When payment and agreement are received, we will arrange visit to assess the property and do a photo-shoot.
- After photo-shoot we will send you a draft listing for you to amend and/or approve
- After your approval we will then commence the marketing process.
